Lowcountry Horizon Mahjong Mat

Each mat measures 33” x 33” and is 3mm thick. Mat designs are printed on fabric and backed with neoprene to cushion both tables and tiles. Our mats arrive rolled in a canvas drawstring storage bag.

Mats are machine washable on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low.

Do not bleach or contact the mat with an iron directly. For spot cleaning, use a mild detergent and a soft cloth. To maintain colors, avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Air dry completely before rolling.

Be sure to roll your mat, never fold, to prevent creases.

All products are final sale. Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer refunds.

If your mat arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 10 days and provide your order number, reason for the return and clear photos of the damage.

Refunds and exchanges are only offered if your item arrives damaged from shipping or is lost in transit. If a return for damage is approved, the items will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. Confirmed and approved returns will receive a refund issued to the original method of payment within 15 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Our mats are printed on textiles backed with neoprene. As a result, slight variations in color, finish, or pattern may occur and are considered part of the unique quality of the piece. These distinctions are not classified as defects and do not qualify for return. Similarly, product images are enhanced for website use. We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges based on dissatisfaction with the coloring of a product.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your items and shipping destination.

Orders for in-stock items are usually packed and shipped within 3 business days of payment received.

To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided.

We currently ship within the United States only.

We expect our pre-ordered products to arrive in in the date/time listed. This is an estimated timeframe, not a guarantee. Shipping and international customs processes are outside of our control and may cause delays. When you purchase via pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that delivery may be delayed due to these factors, and you accept these terms before placing your order.
